Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Travel Connections Tours LLC, (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person (“the Guest,” “you,” or “your”) booking or participating in a tour operated by the Company. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Reservations & Payments

  • A deposit of $1,000 USD per person is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations will be confirmed by email upon receipt of a signed reservation form and deposit.
  • Final payment is due no later than 120 days before the start of the tour.
  • If booking within the final payment window, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payments may be made by Venmo or Personal Check.

Cancellations & Refunds

Guest Cancellations:

  • Final payment is due to Travel Connections Tours on or before 120 days prior to commencement of tour.
  • Upon written notice to Suzanne Stavert of Travel Connections Tours of cancellation, 15% of the deposit will be refunded. Once final payment has been made, there will be no refunds. However, you may choose between forfeiting the cost of the trip or asking us to hold the total amount as a credit towards another future tour within 24 months.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be made for any unused activities included in the tour package.

Company Cancellations:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of payments made, less any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

Pricing & Inclusions

  • Tour price includes only the items expressly listed in the itinerary (e.g., accommodations, meals, transportation, guides).
  • Price does not include airfare, visas, travel insurance, gratuities, or personal expenses unless specifically stated.
  • Prices are subject to change due to increases in taxes, fuel costs, or currency fluctuations.

Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and other required documentation.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and baggage.

Health, Safety & Fitness

  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to ensure the safety and health of each guest.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if a Guest’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • Participation in our tours involves inherent risks (including but not limited to transportation, outdoor activities, accidents, and weather events).
  • By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the Company, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur during the tour, except where prohibited by law.

Itinerary & Accommodations

  • While we strive to adhere to published itineraries, circumstances such as weather, transportation issues, or availability may require changes.
  • We reserve the right to substitute services of a similar standard without notice.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of tour leaders.
  • The Company reserves the right to remove any Guest whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or endangers others, without refund.

Photography & Media

  • Travel Connections Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By joining a tour, you grant permission to use your image in marketing materials.
  • Guests who do not wish to be photographed must inform the Company in writing before the tour begins.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or court jurisdiction in Washington.

Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
  • The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
